What is Script Supervisor?

This intense "hands on" professionally based program is designed to train students with the necessary practical skills and knowledge for a successful employable career as a motion picture Script Supervisor.

Through practical lectures, visuals, class assignments, and experimentation, you'll learn the right techniques, to work effectively and professionally in one of the most important crew positions, on a motion picture set. As you discover the relations between the Script Supervisor and the reality of the production itself, you will learn how to handle the paperwork, learn what to watch for, how to make script notes, and why.

  • Maintaining continuity of actors' actions, wardrobe, make-up, and props
  • Preparing and breaking down scripts
