| Flux
capacitor is fluxing - Time circuits on. |
| Visiting
the sets and locations from the movie "Back to the Future" (BTTF)
doesn't require a time traveling flying Delorean. Why? Because
most of the BTTF sets can been seen right here in good old 2003. |
| |
| Remember
Doc Brown's infamous first time traveling test? It all began
at the Twin Pines Mall. |
| |
|
| Twin
Pines Mall is actually the Puente Hills Mall - As Doc explains
during this scene, Old Man Peabody owned the land on which the
mall now stands and had the crazy idea of breeding pine trees.
The Puente Hills Mall is on Azusa Boulevard -Colima Road off
the Pomona Freeway (California Route 60) in the City of Industry
- Rowland, CA |
| |
|
| Leap
thirty years into the past and we arrive on the farm that is
owned, or was owned, or will be once owned before...we arrive
on the Peabody farm. Or what was, and is still today, known
as the Golden Oak Ranch, a movie ranch owned by Disney. |
| |
|
| Be
aware, the ranch is off limits without permission. |
| |
|
|
|
| It's
in this scene that Marty races off Peabody's land to avoid the
oncoming buckshot and he inadvertently runs over one of two
prized pine trees. |
|
| 70
miles away from this is the location for Lyon Estates and the
long walk to Hill Valley. The spot where Marty stops is due
south down Chino-Corona Road, the road that runs past the Prison
Detention Center. |

|
"SAVE
THE CLOCK TOWER"
|
| The
famous clock tower, stands on the Universal Studio back lot.
This location was used for downtown Hill Valley. |
