ALICE HART'S FOOD FOR FILM STYLISTS has cultivated an enviable roster of national and international clients (Coca Cola, Haagen-Daz, Kraft General Foods, McDonald's, Miller Beer and Nestle Food Company to name a few) executing both print and commercial advertising work.

A graduate and "Grande Diplomate" of LE CORDON BLEU, Paris, Alice also holds a "Certificat De Vin Francais" from "L'ACADEMIE DU VIN of Paris, France. Alice recently styled TRUE THAI, a cookbook published by William Morrow, nominated for a James Beard Foundation Tastemaker Award.

Prior to starting her own company, Alice served as a consultant for Lawry's Foods, Van De Kamps Frozen Foods, and Nalley's Fine Foods. She specialized in product and recipe development, flavor evaluation, label and package improvement. She was Managing Director for the Von Welantez Cooking Workshop at The Cookstore, Los Angeles; one of premiere cooking schools in the country. Alice had a large student following, teaching French cuisine and pastry.

A Certified Culinary Professional with over 25 years experience, ALICE HART is a founding member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, the American Institute of Wine and Food, and the Southern California Culinary Guild.
