REVISIONS TO POLICY
Please note that, by using the Services and/or visiting the Site, you
signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to
this Policy, please do not use the Services or the Site. Your continued
use of the Services subsequent to changes to this Policy will mean that
you accept the changes; therefore, please bookmark this page and review
it frequently. The "last update" date at the top of this Agreement
will assist you in determining whether you have reviewed the most current
version. If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, the

REGISTRATION
We will accept your registration by phone, fax, email or via our Registration
Form. Payment in full, IN ADVANCE, is required for your registration
to be processed. We will not reserve a space for you or add you to the
class list until payment has been received in full, with no exceptions.
We keep our class sizes small in order to insure a more personalized
learning environment. If you elect to register on the day of the course
at the class location, you will not be admitted until payment has been
made in full, with no exceptions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Travelers Cheques.
AUDIO OR VISUAL RECORDING
NO audio or visual recording will be permitted in any of our classes
or private consultations.
COURSE CANCELLATION
Notices of student cancellation must be received IN WRITING no less
than 5 days prior to the course date and will be assessed a 10% processing
fee. Notices received within 5 days of the course date will be assessed
a 20% fee. Refunds are always given by check with in 10-14 business
days.
COURSE RESCHEDULING
Any course may be rescheduled by the student for a flat fee of $35.00.
Reschedule requests are accepted by phone, fax, standard mail or email,
and must be received at least 5 days prior to the course date. Reschedule
requests by the student received within 5 days of the course date will
be assessed an additional $50.00 processing fee ($85 total). Non-attendance,
for any reason, is non-refundable.

to venue or instructors availability and contractual and or professional
commitments.
SCREENWRITING SUBMISSION PROCESSING FEE
SHOOT CAMP - SHORT FEATURE PROJECT
Due to the extremely high volume of submissions a $25.00 processing
fee per entry is required. This fee is applied to the cost of professional
evaluations that will allow us to select those scripts that are to be
produced.
By return mail we will send you an acknowledge of receipt
and enclose a $50.00 FMC discount coupon to be used towards any of our
classes in module one nationwide (not valid with any other offer or
discount).
DATES OF COURSES AND PROGRAMS
Dates are subject to change due to instructors availability and contractual
and or professional commitments.
UNITED STATES VISA
Due to current world events, circumstances and U.S. official government
declarations, we are unable to provide an invitational letter for a
visa for entry into the United States.
